Johannes has had the privilege of performing with legends such as Stevie Wonder, Michael Bolton, Charlie Haden, Ray Brown, Roy Hargrove in venues such as Madison square Garden, Apollo Theatre and in Washington DC for an audience of 250,000 people. Johannes began playing piano at age 4 and composing music at age 16, taking a passionate interest in contemporary music, writing for small ensembles and jazz big bands, he moved to New York at the age of 19 to study at the New School where he soon developed a taste for writing film music.
